Mun, Cecilea, Ph.D.

I am a Philosophy Ph.D. from Arizona State University. My dissertation provides a general framework for carrying out interdisciplinary studies, and by doing so it attempts to provide a method of unifying knowledge across academia. This general framework is presented and demonstrated as part of my arguments for an interdisciplinary theorizing and research between philosophy and psychology. These arguments focus on the question of what an adequate theory of emotion entails from an interdisciplinary perspective. My other interests are in philosophy of mind, philosophy of psychology, philosophy of science, epistemology, metaphysics, feminist philosophy, ethics, social and political philosophy, and the history of ancient and modern philosophy. I also have an M.A. in Philosophy from Arizona State University, an M.A. in Ethics and Policy Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
